🤷♂️ you get what you pay for
Small pad, comes with everything pictured. Annoyingly no instructions on how to join the black grounding strap to the pad but presumably you will figure it out. I needed a few drops of epoxy (not included) and a pliers to join the two.

An inexpensive solution.
A small mat, comparable in $/(in^(2)) to the larger mats, complete with a grounding strap for the mat that will plug into a standard USA AC-outlet ground socket and a wrist strap for grounding myself to the mat. Cramped but enough to safely work on a laptop or small project safely.
