This product should be OEM. Every function works perfect . Very easy to install plug and play. Fits like a glove.I give this product A+++++ all around. Customer service is very professional and of great help if any issues.

Looks great at night, dangerous during the day
Screen is too dim during the day so with glare it becomes impossible to see if the AC button is on or off etc. Found myself driving with both front and rear defrosters on with the AC on multiple times.It would have been perfect if it was brighter

No AUTO or rear controls??!! Terrible.
Looks great however the auto feature does not work. You have to change the fan speed manually, which is a deal killer for me. Why have it on the menu if it doesn’t work??? Rear controls don’t work either. Waste of my time and money. I would love to keep it but I always use auto. Now I have to go through the hassle of uninstalling and putting my OEM stuff back together. Terrible.

Auto feature does not function
Normally with the oem system when you hit auto it will adjust the fan speed based on the current temps in the vehicle. When i hit auto on this it never adjusts the fan. I will be returning it and trying a different brand. Aside from that, it looks nice and functions well. But i always use the auto feature, so this one is no good for me
