The very tiny killing machine!!
The media could not be loaded. This little gem is the size of a pager and is the perfect size for your gym workout.I have used my friend's for ages and decided to get my own.You basically set the time of workout period and rest period and amount of repartition.On the video, I set it for 10s on / 5s rest with 2 repartition.Normally I do 20s on / 10s rest with 10 repartition of that exercise before moving onto the next one.After 40 minutes you really know you have done a workout and I usually do between 40 - 60 minutes using this timer.For the price you can't go wrong and it's just perfect for your workout as it stops you looking at your watch as you are concentrating on the beeps.The Gymboss also has a vibrate feature if needed.This is a great addition to my workouts.

I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is following a training programme. Keeps you on track when resting after reps. Very easy to use and wish I’d known about this product before now.

Simple and effective
Compact and once set up it is very easy to use. Can be on silent with just aVibration to alert you to change if doing interval training.

It’s just okay.
I can’t find anything better than this, even though this has its disappointments. It functions, but it‘s not worth the high price. Difficult to pause stopwatch and change function (genuinely need to press the buttons several times to get it to work), there’s a learning curve, screen scratches too easily (if you purchase, keep the screen protector on), when stopwatch is paused the timer switches off shortly so you can’t create ‘laps’, pause button has an annoying beep which can’t be turned off.

Can't live without mine so I was gutted when I lost my old one. My old one had been pretty bashed around but still worked perfectly and after a year of having it, I still hadn;t had to replace the batteries! I got one of those pvc covers for this one though to try and keep it in better nick. I also bought the neck ribbon so I wouldn't keep losing it too! Great value for money these little things and a must have for any personal trainer!
