Non Stick Baking Sheet 12"x16", Grey

This is a thumpingly solid baking sheet much larger than previous standard ones I've owned. I wasn't expecting from the picture that it actually had 3 raised flanges (one of the shortest sides was flat). The only slightly dumb thing I did, was not to measure the oven- it does fit, but only if you dispense with a shelf and slide it in to replace a shelf, (and no you can't turn it the other way round to fit). It states 5 years guarantee, tells you to wash it in soapy water first, only heat to 230 degrees C, and don't use metal utensils or cut food on the surface (well that's all our intention to start with isn't it!). It also comes with a recipe for "gingerbread people" (how precious!).And just to be awkward, I bought it to try out the Silicone Baking Mat (38cm x 30cm). Heavy Duty Non-Stick Silicone Bakeware + 10 Year Guarantee which fits perfectly on the surface. It may be a bit of overkill but all the shops were out of silicone paper last Xmas, and I thought- why go through all the bother when you could get something you can reuse.Baking test update to follow when I've found the next yummy out of Baking Made Easy. I've now tried out the sheet + silicone lining on croissants with no additional greasing. They came out extremely well. There was enough circulation at the back of the oven for my "substitute shelf" and I'm really very pleased with the results and the fact that it gave me far more than the normal space for individual pastries.Maybe I should have just used the Kindle though - it looks non-stick!

I bought these baking sheets to replace my age old ones, they are sturdy, easy to clean and dont distort in the oven. They are a good size and just fit nicely in my oven. I would advise folk to measure the inside width of their oven before purchasing as they are large sheets.

This is nice and large and only used it once so far and it's done it's job well. It JUST barely fits in my oven if I take the rack out. I recently moved to the UK from the US and had a hard time finally finding a baking sheet that was large enough to fit more than a handful of treats on at once. This does the trick! I'm only giving 4 stars as I don't know how this will hold up over time, but will try to update my review after some more use.

Good solid trays which aren't too big for my Neff oven but fit nicely on the shelf. Haven't tried baking biscuits on them yet but the non-stick surface looks amazing; water slides off it like a duck's back.Edit - have now used these extensively. No warping at all, nothing has stuck, even bread and biscuits. You do need to be careful that things don't slide around/off them. One tiny minus - the corners can go rusty where water gets inside the folded metal edge. But not really a problem for me.Edit 2 - unfortunately these are not proof against over zealous scrubbing by husbands with scourers :( Wondering whether to replace baking sheet or husband.Edit 3 - we have changed oven to a Miele since Neff have gone Naff. These are too wide for the Miele! Will hang onto them in case we change ovens again. These trays outlasted the oven!Edit 4 - I am now using these as heat protectors between the gas hob and the new, husband installed, tiles on the splashback while boiling up jam. They are very good for this. Never letting go of these sheets, even if they no longer fit in the oven. (I still have the same husband too, we have moved past the scrubbing incident, although there was another one with the new sink which is echoing on a bit.)

Fantastic product. I use these all the time and they are great. Nothing sticks at all and they are very easy to clean. Nice and light weight but not flimsy. I use them with silicone baking matts and the flat edge makes it very easy to slide the matt off without messing up whatever I've been baking while it cools on the matt.

Very happy with this item - so much so that it is the second one I have bought in 2 weeks - primarily to be used for macarons but will also get used for biscuits. It is nice and large - be aware to check size carefully as it may be too big for standard ovens. Tray has a lip on 3 sides and flat on 4th so that baking sheet can be slid off very easily.

I used this tray to make macarons and they came out lopsided...which has never happened before :( I think it would be fine to bake cookies with this tray and not things that very delicate and fussy to make. I would not recommend this for macaroons

I have bought lots of baking trays over the last 40+ years and this one is the best. I have used this several times since I purchased it and nothing sticks to it, not even cheese rolls, also one wipe and its clean. Worth paying a little bit extra. Highly recommend this.
