This is easy to take - simply pop one a day under the tongue. I've been taking this for over 3 weeks now and have already seen an improvement in my health. I'm sleeping better and feel like I have more energy. This supplement has given me a much needed boost and - bonus - my skin looks better, too.Product packaging is sufficient and speed of delivery was good. I will definitely order from this company again.

I'm a bit disappointed by my latest batch of tablets, I've been taking these for years and have been absolutely fantastic up until this batch which were bigger and took longer to dissolve and when they did left with alot of grainy pieces which were rough against my tongue and throat, taste of cherry has also gone, may have to now look for alternative brand which is a shame as I've had no problems in past with lindens.

Linden's has yet to let me down with their supplements. These can be swallowed but apparently sublingually more is absorbed by your body. The taste is goodish, strawberry-like. The pill could, however, dissolve a bit faster in my opinion but I'm guessing there's a reason for it being the way it is.
