not working pump and nozzle
good.need to remove the white airsealed plug from ball to fill air otherwise u will think the Nall can't be filled with pump they provided and u might end up asking for replacement saying product not worked.

Very worst not able to return and pump is not working
Amazon now gets worst.. the pump is not working, when I requested for return , after few days of confirmation the message says the return gets rejected based on the customer cancellation. I didn’t cancel the return request.. this is the second time and not even able to contact the customer service. Very worst and disappointed with this service. How can I use a ball during my pregnancy without a pump. Can you imagine?

Buy it for the ball
Bought it with high expectations but was disappointed when I used the product for the first time. While the quality of the ball is good, the pump they have provided is very flimsy. It broke within the first use. My wife has been using the ball for 3 weeks and it's pretty good. Also I feel it's slightly overpriced for the quality
