Bluesky Gel Nail Polish, Navy Seals A024, Dark Blue, Long Lasting, Chip Resistant, 10 ml (Requires Drying Under UV LED Lamp)

I cannot rave enough about Bluesky UV gel polishes. They are always of a great standard, go on smoothly and are fabulous colours.This one is no exception.It's a deep navy blue colour. I used two coats, and as with all nail polishes look different in different lights - hence two photos. It was a good consistency, didn't ooze when curing and had good nail coverage. The tips of my nails needed a slightly thicker coating, but I often find that with some nail polishes.One photo was taken just after I had painted them and the other 12 days later. I had to remove it due to nail regrowth and not because of an issue with the colour or shine of the polish.Heartily recommend this product.

This product is exactly what you expect it to be, its the exact color which i'm chuffed about and its also extremely strong, It doesn't chip easily i can tell this is great quality and will last ages as i hate nail varnished that chip and smudge. I will definitely be purchasing nail polish from this brand again :-) its salon proof. (i used the UV lamp with this product obviously), It's made my nails pretty much look false which i'm glad about (they are my real nails), iv'e used two coats of color and pretty much looks perfect :). Just adore this colour! It twinkles and sparkles and catches every bit of light, and looks just amazing!The polish lasted for 3 weeks, with constant washing up/general daily tasks, and everyone commented on how lovely it looked!Now I have it on my toenails, so it's not instantly visible all the time (shame) but does look fabulous and lasts even longer than on my fingers! So can't wait for the Summer, and my sandals!I agree with a previous reviewer, that I absolutely love every single colour in my Bluesky collection!Don't think I will bother with ordinary nail polish again! The Shellac is so shiny and hardwearing. What more could a girl want?

Goes on really well, I cure each layer for a minute under a LED light and use the blue sky base and top coat. I generally get about 8 - 10 days before I start getting very small chips, (I normally get about 2 days with normal polish before I have huge chips, so maybe if you don't use your hands much it'll last longer).I've tried stamping on top and it works really well - I finish, do a top coat and take off the sticky layer as normal then stamp with normal nail polish, let it dry then do another layer with the blue sky top coat, looks great and lasts the same as it does without the stamped layer.I've attached a picture showing the colour with 3 coats taken on day 8, you can see it's starting to get a little uneven at the tips, and where I've painted it badly at the sides it was starting to lift by this stage (not enough to be a problem unless you can't resist trying to lift it)."Off in minutes" is a bit of a stretch, I have to soak it for about 15 minutes (using a foil nail wrap with pure acetone), then scrape it off with an orange stick, this is the same as my experience with other blue sky polishes. I haven't tried other brands of gel polish so I can't compare.

Really beautiful colour and lasts a long time! I've had it on now for about 8-9 days and it's still pretty much stayed put. Its a little lighter in the sun than expected but still a lovely colour. Really great because it didn't start immediately peeling like some colours do - I'm very prone to giving in at that point. Is only just starting to lift up at the sides, but not too bad. Postage was quick and easy too, although i think the box was a little unnecessarily large, but this probably stopped it breaking so maybe necessary.

Navy is our colour scheme for our wedding so I bought this along with a few other navy gel polishes to practice nails before the wedding. I normally use mylee gel polishes but I find they don’t last very long so I wanted one that would. This is runnier than mylee but I found it easy to apply, probably need about 3 coats but I did 2 just to see what it’s like. Lovely polish, stays on about 2-3 weeks! Brilliant.

I really love the Blue sky shellac range and find it to be just as good as the more popular CND range. This dark navy blue shade is just gorgeous, I love it. The colour is strong and looks fabulous although I did need 3 coats of colour rather than just 2 as I do with other shades. Not a problem though as the end results were great and I just love the shade, I would highly recommend!

Couldn't get this to dry. Someone said I may have been using the wrong lamp to dry. Don't know, never tried this polish before but it was a nightmare. It got all messed up then I had to get it all off...
