Great Sharpener
Great knife sharpener if you're not very good with a steel. If your knife is well maintained and just needs a quick sharpen, this is the tool for you! Super easy to use! Wouldn't recommend using for damaged knives, it doesn't make a difference to the blade too much.

This is a poor sharpener
I am really surprised that victorinox have a product that is this poor. It has two settings but one of them is simply fixing the wheel so it's static instead of rolling. The final sharpened blade has tiny micro serrations. This is no better than cheaper alternatives. I love the knives. They are perfect for the price but they really should sell a whetstone as this device really does the knives a disservice. I thought I could rely on getting the best sharpen for my knives with a victorinox product but that just isn't the case here. It's a shame.

Sold as new but appeared to be well used
I have one of these which I purchased when I bought a set of Victorinox Knifes. With this in mind, I purchased another from Amazon for my parents. It didn't work and whilst sold as new, looked well used.
