First i must say that to make sure that it works you must burn off the factory oil that protects the nip and hold the nip with a tissue or cloth to prevent damaging the nip.Pen nip;The G pen continues to impress me whenever I ink (comics, illustrations), its line thickness varies from a perfect thin crisp line to a nice thick juicy line. The tip is perfect for illustration, comics etc.The grip;Its perfect, i used to use the cheap only wooden ones that ruined my hands after a 10 minutes. But the grip and shape of this one have made the pain go away.Overalll;very good 10/10, smash, get inking pookies.

Great value and great product.
Love it. Plenty of nibs which should last a while. Really good value, the nib holder is a good size and comfortable. A big inky thumbs up.

Good handle, not so sure about the nibs
I bought this based on some good reviews. I'd been struggling to find a good, reliable dip pen at an affordable price and this looked like a great option.It arrived pretty quickly and the pen looks great! It's a really elegant looking item.The nibs fit in easily, but securely and the weight and feel of the complete unit is great. It suits me perfectly being not too heavy, but not too light either.The nibs are where I find an issue. Unlike other pens I've used, these nibs don't seem to hold much ink or, if they do, the don't give it up very easily. I find myself charging the nib at an annoyingly frequent rate.Overall, I think it's worth it for the handle alone, but be prepared to buy some other nibs...

Will be a lifelong companion for me.
Pen is lovely to hold. Very comfortable. Nibs might take some getting used to, as this is my first time using such fine nibs. There is no doubt, the nibs allow very, detailed, intricate drawing. I think you have to be very skilled to use these, so that they don’t scratch. I will need to practise. There must be a skill to get the right amount of ink on the nib, so that the ink flows onto the paper, without the nib scratching. It is early days for me, but I am sure this pen, and the nibs will be a lifelong companion.

I Really like this.
This I'm assuming is one of the essential products in any inkers toolkit, nice product, seems solid, hopefully last a long time and does the job I intend it to.

nice dip pen
This is very nice dip pen. Easy to use, I don't have to wash pen when I change different courlor ink.
