Great knife
I’m very happy with this knife. I bought it for filleting lion fish in Grand Cayman and it worked well! Blade was flexible and sharp and easy to use. Handle may be on the small size for someone with large hands but were a perfect fit for us.

Good quality knife

Great Knife - Very Flexible and Sharp
I bought a full set of Dolomoten knifes last Christmas for my wife and she was so impressed with them, this year I bought her another 3 or four knives separately along with another magnetic knife holder - all from this supplier. The knives are well balanced and very sharp and I would recommend these to anybody. For the price, these are the best knives we've ever had and the older ones are still going as strong 12mths later. I do look after them, ie. hand wash only and give them a light sharpening regularly - and they look the business mounted on the kitchen wall... my wife is the chef in this house and she loves them!

A Great Filleting Knife
This knife is excellent value for money and performs all the functions of much more expensive brands. Flexible and easy to use, I'd recommend it for use with all types of fish.

Poor Quality. Returned immediately.
I purchased this knife for filleting fish. I was concerned about the low price but I took a risk due to seeing some good reviews. Upon arrival the knife was dull and not fit for purpose. Overall blade quality was very poor and the plastic handle felt very cheap and lightweight. I returned this item immediately and replaced it with a higher quality alternative. Avoid.

Good Buy.
I looked at various knives before buying this one.It is light and flexible and I was pleased with the quality. It was bought as a present for my husband who was delighted with the choice of knife.

Blade
I bought this to fillet fish. I have found a few imperfections in the blade. Uneven cut on either side. Blade has had a chip in it and not grind out properly.
