Reliable waterproof switch
I've installed one of these in my garden to turn on a battery powered lamp charged from a solar panel. Instructions were clear, it was easy to adjust the sensitivity and it's been working reliably for a month. It's well put together and clearly won't let water in if installed upright.

Works well with a 12v LED floodlight
Bought this along with a 12V LED floodlight to provide outside lighting to a church hall front door (not being a qualified electrician - using a 12V product meant I was able to fit it without fear of being sued if someone electrocuted themselves on my handiwork) It does what it should perfectly. At dusk - it comes on - at dawn - it goes off. So far so good.

Cables too short
Seems to work okay, but installing is tricky due to the cables being so short. Also the ip rating is just about okay for the unit but is not much help with single wires trying to keep water proof into a junction box

Faulty after three days
Wired up easily enough but after three days my light wasn't coming on as expected . investigated to find a loose wire inside the sensor that only makes connection if you wiggle it . Very disappointing as i deliberately didn't pick the cheapest i could find .

Small twilight switch
When I received this sensor I was a bit sceptical. It is very small and I thought it would be unlikely to switch 10amps. I have been proved wrong. It has switched correctly and can be set quite accurately over quite a wide working range by a simple turn of an adjuster. I use it to switch 10 x 12volt 10 watt LED garden floodlights on each evening. I am extremely pleased with it.

Works perfectly
Wasn’t sure what to expect for the price. But really happy with item.Easy to install, works perfectly, it seems to be 100% waterproof had rain for three days still works as it should with no problemsWould definitely recommend,and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
