Didn't work for me but I think this may be down to the actual phone its self. Overall the items seem to be of good quality.

The parts seem well made unfortunately they did not solve my problem.

I was barely able to hear anything, even at maximum volume.I was unable to use the mic with this at all. Nobody could hear me as if the mic wasn't even connected. I tried all the connectors and they all achieved the same...nothing.Complete waste of money.

Did not work at all for the Cisco IP Phone 7940 unfortunately. Hissing sound when connected to headset even before dialling a number. On dialling, hissing sound worse and the robot voice message before you leave a voicemail was hardly audible. Also tried leaving a voicemail for myself and there is no speaker output - as nothing was heard apart from the hissing noise in the message.

Took a punt on this and it works good for a budget options or you just like your headphones.The attachments look budget but can't complain to much because they do the job.Tested and works with BT Falcon TB-30 (no attachment), Snom 710 (used number 3 attachment).

This is great, it now allows me to use my Skype (USB/3.5mm jack) headset on my Laptop, Mobile/Table and CISCO Desk phone without having to unplumb the wires. All I do is unplug my headset from the 3.5mm/USB audi control cable and plug it into the CISCO phone the adptor.
