AA PAIR OF **GENUINE FULLY MAGNETIC L PLATES

The media could not be loaded. great product solid magnets and looks as it should very cheap and same quality almost as the ones I bought from a national retailed but for 5 times the price. I have purchase these before and can confirm to any perspective buyers that they are durable and they fit nicely and are good quality for what you are paying. Great for a learner and also great for driving instructors. I have seen that the L plates have actually become worn out quickly now that I have used these over time so buyer be aware however I still give a 5 star review as they are so cheap to buy that its easy to keep buying more if they fly off my car or get worn to the point where they no longer look good.

I find these are of good quality and stick on very well in fact they are better than a pair I brought from a certain website for driving instructors!They are fully magnetic and are slightly lightweight which allows them to mould to the curve of the body of your car, hence allowing them to stick on better than a very thick hard one you can buy. I slapped these straight on my car and drove to 70 to test them out and guess what?!.. They stayed on! For those who say 'they fly off the car', remember they are magnetic and need a clean surface in order to stick on and work the way you want them to. The magnet needs to make contact with your car, and not with the dust on your car. :-)Delivery on this item was super quick!! Highly recommended seller!

This product was described perfectly and came with ample time to spare before driving. They are the official AA L-plates but at a fraction of the cost as from a high street store. Magnetic so they are easy to fit.However, when I got past 50mph the L plate on the bonnet of the car flew off - we went back to look for it and still couldn't find it. I don't think this is necessarily the products fault although I would recommend using something to tape the L-plates to your car before using.I would recommend this product on price but make sure you securely fit them down.

As described ,magnetic and two in a pack so will be perfect for any learner driver.

Magnetic L plates are fantastic - these L plates ward off aggressive, impatient drivers, reduce my fuel consumption and help me fit through previously unimaginably small gaps at high speeds. Since putting these on my car I have not had a single egg thrown at me whilst driving, nor hit a single parked car. I only have 2 criticisms; 1. they don't stick to glass windows or plastic bumpers...and 2. one of the 'L's I had sent to me was upside down.

Before proceeding for a practice drive with my brother in-law in his car, we firmly stuck the two 'magnetic' learner plates to the motor, one at the front and one at the rear. Driving for around 15 minutes, we were unexpectably pulled over by the police, whether this was down to my poor driving i don't know but they asked for my licence and i in turn showed my provisional, informing that i was a learner, which was clearly stated by the two plates stuck to the car, the officer replied by telling me there were no stickers on the car. I pleaded my innocence but i was taken down the nick and lost my licence before i'd even taken my test......other than that i think these L plates are great.

Made me feel like a learner driver

Had to shop around a bit for L plates for our Mini; the curved bonnet does not exactly lend itself to the placement of L plates. Some thought is still required to make sure that the entire plate is stuck down - sometimes the middle of an edge may be raised slightly - but the plates are flexible enough to follow the curves of the car.The entire back of the plates are magnetic, and are strong enough to hold the plates to the car at speed without tape, and they seem quite sturdy (a couple of mm thick), so am hoping I can store these for child numbers 2 and 3 when they learn to drive.
