Q: Is the oil getting always air from the spour or is it closed

The bottle contains a drizzler spout without the lid so the oil is exposed to air.

Q: Why is thete no spout/pourer with my order?

I suggest you get a refund. My bottle's spout fiited only briefly and now won't stay in. Useless

Q: Does the spout end up leaking and dripping that you end up with a greasy bottle?

Got mine for months and I have absolutely no dripping problem with it, even when refilling it on the go, it's goes out and in very easily and stay in place without problems (and honestly, it didn't really look like it was going to be that good, nicely surprised!)
