The width of wall plate is 2 3/16 inch, height 10 7/16 inch. The VESA plate height and width is 8 5/8 inch.

Q: Will it fit a Phillips 24inc?

Check the Vesa sizes on the back of your telly(the space between the screw holes) to see if they match those of the bracket, but I'm pretty certain they will match up.

Q: What is the max reach of this arm?

The measurement of 20 inches I gave was for QG-TM-020-BLK, so I'm not sure we have the same model. AND if you're viewing at 90 degrees you will lose at least 1.5 inches off the measurement I gave you, because of the nature of the hinge on the plate. Hope this helps
