DONT GO FOR IT
It is full of sand and in case it get out from your hand it will get break and the sand will come out from it.You are doing exercise and it is obvious that the sometimes you have to leave the weight from some height. If it fall down from some height it will get break and it is so obvious that this will happen while doing exercise.Also the rope which comes for lat pull down is very risky. It got break while I was doing exercise .I big NO for this product from my side.If you want to return you have to self courier to seller. No return pickup available for this product.
