Q: Which side of the knife is the beveld edge on, right, left or are both edges beveled?

Only one side is beveled and it's suitable for a right or left handed person. I'm left handed and find it very easy to use. A lovely bread knife.

Q: Is the handle fibrox?

There are two versions: one with a fibrox handle and one with a rosewood handle. Best to check with the seller to see which one you're getting.

Hi.This knife can be used to carve a roast, however a non serrated knife is more popular for carving a roast.
