Hand Grip pair

Hand exercise grip arrived fast, quick mailing and delivery. Really pleased with quality sturdiness and ease of use. Using the grip to assist with accident to hand recommended by physio, comfortable handles and feeling good results immediately after using them a few times. Great price compared to other suppliers had looked at!

For the money these grips do what it says on the tin. The reason for the one star drop is the clanking noise they make as you pull the grip handles together then release. This is caused by the metal spar sliding up and down. Two plastic ties can sort this, making the grips exceptional value for money. I’ve added two photos and you can see were the ties have been placed. I would definitely recommend these grips.

Bargain price for the product. Very sturdy and well made and at a very competitive price. Couldn't ask for much more. Very happy.

Decent grips. Do the job ok, have been fiddling with them during the day at work for three weeks now and the foam handles have both become dislodged and slip/spin slightly when you squeeze them - not a massive issue, but it makes them slightly uncomfortable in use - hence the 3* review. They're worth the money though.

Good for me and not difficult to use

Great tension with them, just the right amount. Nice soft foam grips. Ideal for hand strengthening.

Very good product, have no functional problems with it as its easy to use, the only negatives I can give the product is the size of them as I was expecting the to be bigger ( no real problem) and there is a squeeky noise when being used but again that is no real problemVery pleased with the item

Unless you’re a baby or pensioner looking to increase your grip strength these are utterly useless. After initial testing I thought I may have miraculously acquired super human strength. Then my fifteen year old daughter picked them up and squeezed out 50 reps without breaking a sweat. I wish I had paid a bit more for some that are a bit more challenging.
