not sure about this I would imagine so

Q: Is this suitable for cutting machine (like cricut) 10 attempts so far and the blade is pealing off/tearing the letters and corners?

No it isn't suitable for cutting machines. The only way I think you could get away with it (not tested) is secure printed face down to a cricut mat, and select a slow deep cut. But you would need some silicone paper between the mat and the printed face to prevent damage

Q: Should I buy the light or dark transfer sheets for plain cotton tote bags?

On natural colour tote bags you would use the light transfer paper.

Q: Wash test? How many washes before fading etc ?

Just put cold water and everything go off
