Not as I hoped
Can't figure out what it is. It says Stilton and Cheddar but I have my doubts, it tastes ok but I will try another instead of using this as I prefer a strong cheddar taste, this is just odd and hard to describe

Great flavour
I love this in omelettes, on celery, in sauces, mayo and pasta. Very addictive, great flavour and very versatile. Great on crispbreads with marmite.
