Vitanica Cortisol Relief, Dr. Formulated Sleep, Stress, Cortisol Manager Supplement, Vegan, 60 Capsules (Cortisol Relief)

So I wanted to try these and see if they would help calm me down cause I’m just a naturally stressed person and they have definitely given me a calming effect. The price might be some of the cheapest I’ve seen for this type of product and there very good.

This is, by far, the BEST product I've found for sleep. For the first time in my life I'm sleeping deeply and even dreaming! I have always had trouble falling asleep and would wake up many times during the night and have trouble falling back to sleep. I wasn't completeing sleep cycles. I got to the point where all I could do during the day was lay around because I was half asleep all of the time. I tried a number of different sleep aids with various herbs and several brands of melatonin, none of them helped in the least. From night 1 with this I slept sooo deeply! I also fall asleep MUCH faster now. I've been using this product for about 6 weeks. As long as I give myself at least 6 hours of sleep time I now have steady energy throughout the day. Its been life-changing!

Seems to be working, probably too early to tell. Purchase and delivery was great.

Product delivery issue was resolved. I had taken this product for a few months then stopped and noticed a difference in my sleep and stress response. And to my surprise, gained noticeable weight (despite regular exercise and watching my diet). I started taking it again this week and looking forward to results.

I bought this for my husband because our doc wants him on an adrenal calmer but he cannot swallow pills. I take Cortisol Manager by Integrative Therapeutics but they are difficult to crush. They work great and these also work great. We can take these capsules apart and mix them with a bit of water for him and I can easily swallow these. My Naturopathic doc recommends both brands. Take your pick. These help him stay asleep through the night and me to regulate my unbalanced and malfunctioning adrenals.Quality brand, quality product

What I like the most from this product is its overall result of reducing stress, period. It has helped me greatly in sleeping better, however, it did take me into a second bottle of it to realize the results. I can't say how much it has helped my overall sleeping, because I do take other things as well. however, those things where not doing much before starting up with this stress relief product. All the same, I have found myself throughout the day feeling calmer than usual.

I am a big fan of Vitanica's Cortisol Relief - I should have just ordered from Vitanica directly. The package I received from this retailer has different images on the front - not the usual Vitanica logo and information. Somewhat similar but lacking the "Formulated by Dr. Tori Hudson" and "Vegan, GF, & Non GMO" on the front label as well as the Vitanica female figure holding herbal leaves. This makes me suspicious. The biggest problem is the capsules themselves - they are large with very hard thick gelatin that lodge in my throat. Not the calming agent I thought it would be. Returning for a mere 30% seems like a hassle but it did cost me $45. I don't feel like the return policy is fair and I'm going to avoid this retailer from now on.
