Banish hard skin to the bin
Purchased as ped egg was getting blunt. Like others on first use I managed to cut myself. Just like you do when using a new razor. I applied aa much pressure as I did with the pedegg. Result let's just say a small cut bleeds a lot.My advice is be gentle. This is full of very sharp blade like features. If you push hard or bunch the skin, of course it will cut. I have used multiple times since & it is absolutely amazing. It takes off hard skin with ease. I found moisturising beforehand made the process even easier.

Great product
Easy to use & very effective but use with a light touch as the blades are very sharp. Have just used it for the first time - provided it lasts & doesn't break I'd say it's good value for money.

Small cute and dangerously efficient
OK so first of all and most importantly, this is no ped-egg!!!Having used ped-egg for years and finding it really good, I decided to have a change of brand.This wee cutie arrived in the mail today and I was keen to use it as hadn't given myself a pedicure in a while... Not enough time. 🥴🤣🌈...Anyway.. I had amazing hard skin. Thick and yellow and it made a clipping sound on the wooden floor when I went barefoot.. Nice visual 🤩I could easily have walked over a fire pit and honestly not felt a thing.. Yup, getting the picture?So off I went and thank god almighty that I started at the thickest part on the top of my heels...Being used to using ped - egg, you have to give it some welly to see results.So I rolled up my sleeves and got going, imagine the blacksmiths of days gone by with that big raspy thing they used on the horses. That kind of pressure..After about 10 hard scrapes, I already had a pile of shavings about 3 inches high.Looked at my foot and saw pink for the first time in a while.If I had started with my little piggie..... 😪 .doesn't bear thinking about.Although not the prettiest little toe, I'm quite attached to it as it is me..If I had started there... I would have been down to 9 and counting..After about 2 minutes,, I brushed away the huge pile of dead skin... Nice 😵..There was my pretty pink foot shining away like a beacon in the curls of yellow shavings..I'm happy to say I'm also down a shoe size and look forward to shopping for some new smaller strappy sandals after lockdown.Best thing ever ♥️❤️♥️Enjoy.. but take heed of my warning unless you want feet in the style of the old Chinese traditions... 😳😳

A Godsend of a product for those with hard skin!!
Finally something that works!! I've had hard skin on my feet, particularly around the sides of my big toe and some annoying odd shaped hardness around my heels for a while now. It wasn't uncomfortable, more annoying. At times I've used a Stanley knife blade to shave bits away but this is dangerous and has resulted in going too deep and hurting, so I decided to look for something more sensible. This product is absolutely amazing. Comprising of basically a mini cheese grater that works both going froward and backward, this easily cuts away at the toughened skin without any danger of harming yourself. Once you've got off what you feel is adequate you can then swap the grater for a much finer, almost sandpaper like attachment that slots onto the handle part and finish the job off to a smooth surface. I'd recommend going in the bath afterwards and soaking it, perhaps adding some coconut oil or olive oil once you've got out to leave your skin perfectly soft. Another bonus is that all of the kit fits inside itself, a bit like a Russian doll.

Best foot file ever - but it does not last a "lifetime"
This Revlon foot file does everything the PedEgg used to do, but stopped doing after they changed the way it was made. So if you loved the original PedEgg and despaired when it was ruined, get this instead. In fact, the Revlon file is better than PedEgg ever was and you get a 3-in-1 clipper into the bargain. I'll be buying more!UPDATE: Downgraded to 4 stars because of exaggerated claims of lasting a "lifetime." Used once or twice a week, this foot file loses its amazing sharpness in about a year. I don't mind buying a new one from time to time, but I do mind misleading advertising.
