These are definitely absorbed according to my blood test
These are certainly absorbed according to the blood test I have done for hypothyroid. I can't guarantee that my body can utilise this B12 but that isn't the fault of the product as it's definitely found in my blood.I will continue to buy these as they taste great and are a fair price for yeast-free (which I have to get) and vegan.

Wonderful smell!
I bought these tablets to try and improve my hair as apart from Biotin, I have read B12 is helpful. I decided to give these a go due to the price and the next day delivery. On opening the bottle they smell very fruity which is nice. It is too early to know if they will work for me, but I decided they were worth a try.

Great Taste & Affordable
I cannot take normal B12 or Folic Acid so rely on methyl versions to keep my health optimum. As someone who has the MTHR gene I have in the past purchased far more expensive versions of methylcobalamin in cherry flavour. This time around I wanted something more affordable and something that could get here fast. This was it!* They are tiny - far smaller than other sublingual B12's.* They taste like berries - my fiancé thought they tasted more like strawberry rather than the listed blackcurrant flavour.* You suck one per day. Great for children, teens and adults.* They melt away easily and don't taste chalky or herbal. (Although they look and are very chalky).* No nasty side effects - other brands have caused nausea or upset stomachs when I've tried them.Overall there's not a huge amount to say other than they taste great, they melt away easily so you're not left sucking them for ages and there's no side effects, only positive benefits over time which is all I can really ask. If you dislike blackcurrant don't worry as they taste more ''berry'' like than full on blackcurrant.

Use these now instead of patches as not sure patches work. Good value for money

They are good and taste nice but only downside is they take a while to dissolve under tongue

much better perform mentally
big difference after taking Veganicity B12 supplement. I have not had herpes flair up since started taking these, much better perform mentally, more energy, do not get tired or recover quicker. I take even 1000mcg daily also Veganicity. I had a reaction (itchy skin) after first taking high dose but then body did get used to it.
