please tell me its free from Gluten?
Ia it 1.5kg as its 3 packs or just 500 grams in 3 packs?
I've never tried this rice before, how does this compare to plain white rice? What different flavours do you get out of it?
Is this actually “wild rice” or not?

How to turn someone into a rice-lover
Although I do like a bit of Basmati rice now and again, especially in Persian dishes, I was never that keen on rice in general unless it was in a very rich sweet rice pudding, like homemade Kheer. That's changed since recently discovering this superb variety. I love both the distinctive flavour and the beautiful chewy texture, which is especially good when cooked with lentils.I haven't begun to explore the full range of its uses (or read it's history, which I must, according to the intriguing mention of it in other reviews), but can unreservedly recommend it if you want to convert someone to loving rice.I was a bit startled at first when I realised that it would turn my food purple when slowly cooked along with other ingredients in a stew, but the colour change doesn't affect my enjoyment of the food now I've grown used to it :-)The price is also excellent. I paid twice as much in a local delicatessen for the first bag I tried, and was relieved to find that I could buy it for so much less on Amazon. Now it doesn't have to be such an occasional treat, especially as it goes a long way, as rice always does.

Fabulous flavour but be prepared for the staining potential of its colour
Never tried this rice before, so I was not sure what to expect other than its striking colour. It takes longer to cook and requires more water than basmati rice for example, but its flavour and colour contrast it gives to some Thai dishes and foods like mussels is fabulous. A word of warning though . . some of the colour that does come out of the rice into the water is a very difficult stain to get rid of, it stained a wood chopping block and took 4 washes of the pan. Next time I will be better prepared because there will be a next time . . it is that nice, my dinner guests were in awe !

Nice change from white rice.
I love this rice. It remains very firm textured after cooking and it feels like you're eating something substantial. Takes a bit longer to cook than basic white rice but is still easy to cook - and more difficult to overcook. It also has a great, nutty taste but still accepts other flavourings in the cooking water/stock as well. I find it works well with Chinese and Indian for a change and I've also used it Korean Bibimbap for a different texture.

For me it is a tasty healthy alternative.
I liked the taste and texture. It is very easy to cook and you can add vegetables and make your own dishes. I liked it most of all because it is organic.

Don't add any salt. You will be hooked on the flavour!
Delicious rice! You don't need to add ANY salt. It has tons of nutty flavour and is dense, wholesome and nutritious.I cook it in my Instant Pot pressure cooker in 22 mins in a [1 cup : 0.9 cup] ratio and it comes out perfectly each time! The only problem is the cost...although, Suma do a 3kg pack of Nerone for £15 on Amazon (but I'm not sure its exactly the same rice, it looks the same)

Good
Seems better than the one from store. So i assume its top notch. Will buy again :).Also I dont think I found freaking stones in it lol. The one from store a few times including the last time i got something burned and smelled some arsenium or mercury gas or something like so. Also tastes bad. It must have been one of the hard stones I usually found other times. I think this one was 100 clean
