This product is a great improvement from the previous one that I was taking. It also regulates your blood pressure. The only possible side effect is if you have damaged veins from a DVT it could swell your feet.

This product is one of a handful I take that I know, without a doubt, works! It definitely helps my circulation. Before taking it, my fingers would tingle when I was up and busy. They no longer do that and my ankles are not swelling now... not sure if this deserves the credit for that or the Omega 3 fish oil or the combination, but I KNOW this helps circulation. Excellent product that I highly recommend from personal experience. Hope it works as well for everyone trying it.

It took about a whole week for the symptoms to really get better. Used to get numb limbs very often while resting or laying down. Now, after a week or so, i can comfortably watch TV for a couple of hours and dont even notice any numbness on the arms nor legs. I've also noticed better resting heart rate. I have poor circulation in my legs. I am constantly on my feet being a bartender. I already had 1 out-patient procedure to help correct this. I've been suffering for quite some time of swollen ankles and feets. After taking this complex for about a week, I can already see the inflammation coming down by a lot.
