I'm a full-time RVer and hate having a 5 gallon hit water tank. We bought and installed this and have been enjoying unlimited hot water ever since. It has never malfunctioned. To be honest, I don't expect this unit to last for many years but I paid $130 and if I had to replace it annually, I would. For full-timers out there, I used pex and ran a shut off valve off the existing heater and mounted it outside with it's own propane tank. I love this unit!!

unfortunately this device did not work right out of the package. I've had numerous portable water heaters, which have worked great, each of them needed to be replaced due to not draining, and freezing of the pipes, my fault. I had purchased a smaller version of this device from the same vendor, it worked great for 3 months, then stopped working. The vendor tried to help resolve the problem, but to no avail, there was some kind of electrical malfunction, where nothing worked. They refunded most of my money, and then I purchased the bigger version, and it didn't work at all. I didn't even want to work with their technical team, I just returned it. Most of the reviews, for this vendor/mfg, aren't very positive. I then purchased a GASLAND device, which is what I had always used in the past. Works great, little more expensive. worth it.

Works well actually sometimes a little too hot even on low settings but that could be are lower water pressure we have at times have mine as the new rv camper so can mix with cold water.

The only complaint would be the shower hose and that is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. It leaks throughout the entire length of hose like little porosities in the ribs. It has around 40 lbs of pressure going through it. The water comes out nice and warm and is relatively easy to adjust as well as straight forward to set up.

There are three dials that you can determine which one to adjust the water flow and the water temperature. Fairly easy to understand. One dial has two flames and a single flame which can help with the water temperature. The shower head I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of it and how easy it was to use. I will be using this for a new bathroom construction at camp and eventually plumbing this in semi-permanently, and wanted to be sure it would work before my 30 days is over. I will be leaving it up to enjoy in the meantime for all kinds of cleaning and camp activities.

It worked great when I purchased in the winter months (Jan 2025) on winter mode. With the summer temp it got extremely hot I couldn’t take a comfortable shower. Now it’s currently not working at all! I feel like I got scammed.

I bought this December 2022 to replace a traditional water heater. I'm in Hawaii where electricity is expensive so most people use propane water heaters, installed outdoors. My old water heater was a large tank with pilot light. I was going through a lot of propane so I switched to this. It has worked perfectly this whole time and I have saved hundreds of $$$ now that I'm using about 2/3 less propane.

It's great now we have hooked it up for our sink and shower hot water in the house. It works great, you can't fill a tub with it but you can get a 15-20 min shower and do the dishes.
