Great cool bag. Can’t fault it. Used it to take all our fridge shopping on holiday and it held so much! The soft bag means it’s slightly flexible to allow for a bit more contents but is super sturdy still. Then used it each day on beach and was great.

A v. good price for a cool-bag but the insulation is lacking, i.e. another layer of thickness would not go amiss !I`m using this bag to store frozen foods for the length of time it takes to defrost my chest-freezer.Not too many food items; I`m a widower and store just enough for a fortnight supply. The cool-bag and three freezer blocks on the top (cold air sinks) ought to suffice while the freezer defrosts and then returns to freezing temp.. Let`s say a day and a half.?

Holds loads of chilled and frozen goods when shopping or having a picnic and keeps them cool for several hours. Don’t be fooled by the soft texture of the bag, it’s really strong and flexible so can be folded up when not in use. It has two short handles and a long shoulder strap.

Flimsy product with only a thin layer of insulation. Then the zip broke which clearly makes it unfit for purpose. Too late to return now unfortunately! Wish I'd bought a better one

Very poor quality. The zip broke the first time I closed it. The zipper just came off the end of the zip. Unfortunately I had it more than a month before I decided to use it. I contacted the supplier but they said because it was more than a month since purchase, they couldn’t help. A one month warranty doesn’t say much for the quality of the product or the supplier.

As I said it’s useful for a lot of things

Used when defrosting my freezer . I had to more bag also . Was ok keep the food cold for 3 hours . The bag is thin , but seems to do the job
