The media could not be loaded. I call this my little business in a box! Yes you need to buy hats, patches, etc., but the hat press is the biggie. I made 6 hats in 15 minutes. The longest part is deciding on the patches!

Great hat press
This works much better than the hat press attachments. Have used this on trucker hats and other higher quality hats with great results. It's great for beginners because it's not intimidating.

Busted timer and temp
The media could not be loaded. Reached out to support and 48 hours later have gotten literally none...only email they had was that they couldn't determine what product I ordered. I've provided pics, order number, etc.Can't change temp or time on unit
