The rubber ear pieces don't fit. If you contact Amazon they send you to monster. Monster tells you to contact a random Gmail account. That account doesn't respond. Monster used to be a good company now it's just more junk and zero customer service.

I paid $35 expecting it to be a top notch product. It’s okay if you’re just listening to music but echos for phone calls.

Clear sound. Not made for US market . Monster earbuds here wireless. So get them while you can. Find reviews online at Monster.hk

I really want to like this earphone, since not a lot of companies are promoting/manufacturing the USB type-C earphones until this happened; I bought it for my wife 3 months ago and one day, she told me that she couldn't hear any sound during her commute home. She got a charging message displayed on the cell phone screen and tried different options; unplug and plug back in again and restarted the phone 3 times (OS is running the latest version) but still won't work. I search around on the forum and found some users are having the same problem (not with this brand but the type-c earphones) without any solutions.*I also bought a headphone jack to type-C connector and that works fine. (bought them together)**My wife treats it gently and stores it in a pouch, so no squishing and bending the wires the whole time.***Suggestions; buy an earphone jack adaptor or get a blue tooth headphones/earphones, since there's no fix around this issue.
