Exceptional Product and stellar customer service.
We had to replace an old passage lock at our entry door. We looked for such a lock at all the hardware stores and nobody had it. The product from Lynn Hardware available on Amazon is exceptionally sturdy, very easy to install, high quality, professional look and overall, a great value for the money. We contacted customer service - Brian - to ask about yet another piece which we were missing at another door and got immediate help. Good value for the money, however was shipped with out envelope or box.Was only the original box , no seal on it.

Fairly complete kit
Has basically all you need to replace your old lock setup but be prepared to make minor modifications. Seems decently well constructed but not the best I've worked with.

Damaged
The product came to me damaged parts were missing. It looks like it was returned from somebody else without the original packaging. I opened it up and parts were scattered everywhere in the side of the box.
