I started with two a day but then increased to three a day, what a difference with spine and arthritic pain.I read a bookin the subject if chilli and was persuaded, also have read other peoples' results, and am bound to say I prefer them to prescription pain killers which end up damaging your organs and have bad side effects.I have no side effects but my friend did experience headaches and thinner blood causing nose bleed.I think it depends on your genes, everyone has a different reaction, but well worth trying.

I bought these because I can't take heat in food and wanted to feel the benefits , been taking since January and I feel loads better im not sure if their helping with my weight loss journey but I'm losing every week cant say its these tablets for deffinaye as I am on slimming World too , I take 1 tablet every morning after breakfast , an hour later I feel warmth in my tummy and chest area so deffinately got some heat to them but not enough to say its painful or uncomfortable but you deffinately notice it :)

I’ve tried taking these 4 times now and they make me feel very sick. It’s a shame- think I’ll probably buy some slow release ones or half the strength :(

i brought this product because i was trying to loose some weight this worked a treat and helped me a lot with my journey and the only problem i had with it is that if you didn't eat with it your stomach got into a lot of pain but apart from that it was amazing.

I was in two minds to buy this as saw other reviews about harshness on tummy however as my tummy normally fine thought I would give it a shot. Taken on two seperate occassions with food and both time had awful upset tummy very uncomfotable feeling. Will be going in the bin. Do not recommend this product and was a waste of money for me.

Swallowed one tablet and was instantly surprised to feel the heat from it. 2 minutes later my oesophagus was like a furnace; never had heartburn before! It was so bad I violently threw up. Had to buy some Gaviscon to get rid of it. Took 2 hours to get back to normal. I have thrown them away.However, considering I couldn’t eat for hours after and I was sweating profusely with a raised heart rate, I guess they do increase your metabolic rate and help with weight loss.
