My wife and I attended the annual Flight Sim Expo this summer in Houston, TX. This cockpit was on display in several different vendors' areas. I climbed into one to try out the helicopter controls (purchased separately) and VR, and as soon as I got home, I bought my own setup. It took a little while to arrive, and assembly is not for beginners, but the finished product is extremely solid, comfortable, easy to maneuver should you want to move it around, and easily adjustable. Plus, you don't need to run out and buy tools to put it together with. Each purchased add-on comes with its own complete set of tools. I have enough of them now that I carry some on my motorcycle for emergencies!

I liked the way it was packaged, every part was labeled and had easy to follow instructions. Every part fit perfectly and is very adaptable. Very comfortable and user friendly. Customer service is awesome I highly recommend this product.

Not only did the product meet my expectations, but the customer service was excellent. I accidently ordered seat risers that automatically come with the product. Rather than charge away and send me what I didn't need, I got an email explaining the situation and notifying me that they would cancel the order for me and refund to Amazon.Product assembly takes some time and ergonomic adjustments, but once it's nailed in the rig is very sturdy and supports mounting for my pedals, hotas, and collective stick. I may even add a control panel!I recommend this for anyone that desires an 'open canopy, home-build' cockpit for flight/space simulators. It will change your sim experience for the better!
