I finally found a wide brim hat style that I like. The Tilley is a good all round hat that fits in no matter what your doing. Festivals, concerts, hiking, fishing or just sitting around camp.I did have somewhat of a challenge finding my correct fit.First I ordered my normal size. It was a little tight. After doing some research I found where they recommend ordering a size up. So just to be safe, I ordered a size up and another 2 sizes up.The one size up was tighter than the regular size that I had to start with. The 2 sizes up was way too big.Not to be discouraged, I ordered another hat, one size up like recommended and this one fit perfect.After returning all the hats that didn't fit, I decided I liked the one I kept so much that I ordered another one in a different color. It fit fine on the first try.Just for those wondering, I normally wear a 7 5/8 and the 7 3/4 Tilley fits perfect.

This was my fifth Tilley hat and it's another winner. Follow the sizing guide because these fit loose for comfort. I love the fabric and the sage color is excellent-- it's just as shown in the product listing photos. I have to give 10 stars to the seller, Holland Hats, because they actually shipped the LTM5 in a box large enough to accommodate the non-crushed hat and even include tissue paper in the hat to help keep its shape. So you open the box to a pristine hat in beautiful condition that is ready to wear (also inside a plastic bag). You cannot go wrong purchasing from a hat company!

I have tried a bunch of different hats and this one is the best. It has a shoe string inside the brim that holds the hat on your head so that it won't blow off in a breeze. The hat is light and breathable and any wind is sent through the crown to cool you off. The brim is not too wide to make it floppy and the hat looks nice.

I’ve been looking for a summer hat that fits, is durable, and stylish. This is perfect for my needs. I wear it working in the yard, going hiking, of simply walking the dog. It works to keep this sim off of my bald head, and the rain off of my glasses all while looking great on my head.

I like the looks of the hat and have already gotten a couple of compliments on it.

I received this today and it had a pen mark on it already. I hope it will come too expensive to buy a new product and already has a mark on it, that I didn't put on it. 😭

I was a bit disappointed that this hat was made in China (Tilley says responsibly, whatever that means). All things considered, it fits well - I’m normally a 7-1/4 for fitted ball caps, and the 7-3/8 fits me perfectly (slightly loose, but doesn’t move on my head). I’m deducting a star because the new lace is garbage compared to the old ones, and be careful to avoid tucking it in the Velcro pouch because it damages it now (the old ones had better quality lace). Also a partial star reduction for offshoring production from Canada to China but charging the same!!

2 metal grommets came off the hat after a month and they float around on the chin strap. Not good for a 90 dollar supposed Tilley
