OMG This smells wonderful !The lemongrass range has to be my favourite out of all the many ranges New Dawn make. It is fresh and has a soft lemon scent, which is slightly sweeter than pure lemon, and also very unisex.I tried it on my face, but it felt a bit too rich. However, I found it really helped me with my sore, dry, cracked psoriasis hands and arms. For the hands and body it is rich and although looks a bit runny, it is extremely moisturising and nourishing.New Dawns Customer Service is oustanding and they are very helpful if you phone them with any questions. All the products I have purchased have arrived extremely quickly.Everything is Cruelty Free and contains no animal ingredients as far as I know.I would highly recommend the Company and their great products.

Why oh why won't more brands provide this lovely service of offering, what is, a fair sized sample to trial their products. I have rosacea specifically across my nose which I find hideous and will not leave the house without concealer. I have tried virtually every product over the years some extraordinarily expensive dispensed in the full sized bottle which has been a complete waste of money.This product has a wonderful fragrance, is light and gentle on the skin and does not irritate at all. Unfortunately it has not had too much effect on my poor nose though it has at least taken the 'heat' from it so it does not 'glow' so much!I really thank the company for giving me the chance to try this product without breaking the bank. I waited quite a while before posting a review to give it a good trial period. May still return to buy the full sized product as any reduction in the redness is appreciated.

I am 33 years old and for 5 years I have suffered from mild Rosacea on my face. I have red patches on each cheek and A small patch of redness on my chin and one on my forehead. Although it has always been easily covered with a good foundation and concealer, over the years I have tried various expensive products to try and eliminate this. I have had minor success with a few brands, but nothing particularly great. In November I stumbled across the New Dawn range and bought a sample pack of soaps and a small bottle of the patchouli wash. I was amazed at the almost instant results I achieved with the lemongrass soap, that I purchased the bigger soap and decided to give the sample of the moisturiser from the same range a try.I am immediately impressed with this product. Although it is a sample size, New Dawn make sure the samples are of a decent size to give you chance to use the product for a good long period of time, so that you know exactly the results you are going to get before buying a bigger sized version. I have only used this moisturiser over the past two days and already, the results I have achieved with the lemongrass soap alone, are being accelerated with the use of the moisturiser. It's almost as if there is magic in the New Dawn products, they work that well. I had achieved very good results with the soap alone, but was still left with a small red patch on my cheek, which was more stubborn than the other areas. After using the moisturiser after washing with the lemongrass soap, twice a day, as recommended, this last patch is starting to fade.Obviously a review on a product such as a moisturiser benefits from more long term use, so I will add more information when I have been using it for a couple of months. I just thought for now, I would review it for the very quick results I am seeing already. Aside from the benefits for people with Rosacea, as a moisturiser alone, this product is fantastic. It is non greasy, glides onto the skin and is absorbed fast. It has a lovely fresh lemony fragrance and leaves the skin feeling hydrated and fresh. The skin does not look oily and greasy when it has been applied, it just looks healthy. All in all, this is probably the best moisturiser I have ever used. In the past I have spent a small fortune on designer moisturisers and none have left me as impressed as I am with this little gem. Finally, something that actually performs as its supposed to and carries a tiny price tag. If you're considering purchasing, do it. This will be one buy that you won't regret.I can see me becoming a very regular customer of New Dawn. They sell high quality products, at such a reasonable price. The delivery turnaround is extremely quick. I ordered this on the Friday after Christmas, it arrived through my door on New Years Eve. Impressive!This company has a great ethos, everything is made in their home workshop, it's a small friendly, family run business. They have a non testing on animals policy. All their ingredients are organic, vegan and vegetarian (with the exception of bees wax in the rich, thick moisturisers). All this AND the products they make actually do what they claim. The scent is beautiful and I can smell this on my skin all day. I originally purchased this to try and help with redness but it hasn't really worked. It hasn't done any harm and is good for sensitive skin. The only reason I wouldn't repurchase is because it is very greasy and makes my face shiney/oily. Would probably be great for people with dry skin

This product is lovely and the smells great too. After buying the sample size, I will be purchasing the larger size in next few weeks. I had noticed that my nose was becoming more red and I had a few broken veins just under it and on my chin. The redness in my nose has calmed right down in only a few days and I am very impressed. As a moisturizer it really leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh. The smell of it alone makes it worth it's money.

I developed Rosacea on and around my nose and on my chin 7 years ago, and since then had varying success in controlling it with shop bought creams, steriod or anti-fungal creams prescribed by doctors (as I was also mis-diagnosed for a period!) and antibiotic cream.I thought i'd give the New Dawn lemongrass soap a go 1 month ago based on the reviews. I can't say much more than the soap is a fantastic product, it cleared about 98% of the redness from a bad flare-up in 3 days use (twice a day). It has also pretty much prevented any any further redness better than any of the solutions I have been recommended ever have.So I came back to order more soap, and pretty nervously ordered the moisturiser as well after seeing the reviews. The nervousness came from the fact that anything I have used to purely moisturise my face in 7 years has caused major redness, this has included one or 2 other organic products. No worries needed however as the moisturiser has been the icing on the cake. My skin feels really good after 3 days. It might be slightly early to judge but there is pretty much no difference between the rest of my face and the problem areas. It is a light moisuriser leaving no grease on the skin.Taking into account just how good these products are, their company ethos and the really good price for these products (I was on a prescription a month plus trying other solutions before), New Dawn now have a customer for life.
