I love this b complex. It is the best B vitamin for so many reason. It is the only one of its kind. It is well tolerated my all of my clients. It is nice tasting and has great components. It is my go to for afternoon slumps. Awesome for adults and children. I have a couple client sthat do not do pills and these are perfect. I recommend this for all my clients in recovery programes. I recommend for all my clients with liver issues, diabetes to help them with several metabolism issues. These are the B Vitamins I recommend to clients that hv ms. I can only recommend as we look at a variety of issues in my clients history and over all health. I can no longer get these amazing supplements and there is literally nothing that can replace them. Gummy's are never my recommendation. Vitamin b 12 must be sublingual. On can not put a gummy under the tongue. If b 12 goes into the gut for the most part it never gets used by the body. Your brain needs b12. So students with heavy class load are out of luck especially if they have MTHFR. I AM so distraught please start making and selling this product.

I really like this supplement. I've truly tried a variety of different B-complex and this one just seems to be the right combination for me. It's gentle on my sensitive system and I definitely notice a difference when I don't take it. This is perfect for my kids and they like the flavor. I've noticed improvement in their focus and less moody. Please don't discontinue this.

Update 3/2024: Both bottles of this batch taste off and do not dissolve as well as other batches. We had a lot of success with this brand. They work well, so I do not want to stop taking them, but something is off on these two bottles. I tried to contact them via their support email on the label. It was not a valid email address. Tracked down a phone number and it was a cell phone number and went to voicemail. Found their registration address online. That will be my next step. It is unfortunate, but I am not getting a good feeling about this.Game changer!!! I have LC from getting sick back in 2021 and one of the problems I had was tingling in my hands and feet in addition to a sort of vibrating feeling in my lower limbs. I had to go on H2 antihistamines for the histamine condition I developed which can deplete your body of B-12. I tried taking a regular B-complex and had a bad histamine reaction. So, I tried these and had no negative reaction. Instead, I discovered that after a couple of weeks, my hands and feet did not tingle anymore...especially after eating dinner. So happy!!! And learned that I am probably one of those people who need to have my B's methylated.

Well I haven't noticed any benefits from taking this. I have the mthfr gene so wanted something methylated. It tastes ok. Doesn't totally dissolve but I end up chewing it after awhile. I have a lot of fatigue and headaches. I just started taking it, not even a week. I also have low b3 on lab work so that's why I wanted a b complex vitamin. But I am taking it every other day and still having side effects. I am sensitive to medicines. I have experiencing constipation and possibly headache. Though I already had headaches prior so it's hard to tell. I might try taking half a tablet every other day. If that doesn't get my bowels back to normal then I will discontinue it.

A great addition to my daily vitamins. I don't swallow it though but keep it under my tongue until dissolved. This provides better absorption for B complex vitamins. This vitamin works for me and I have slowly but surely regaining my stamina. : )

I’ve been paying more than this.I have two bad forms of the MTHFR gene. It’s the worst combination you can have. It makes it so my body doesn’t get rid of the things it’s supposed to. Things like toxins, preservatives, and even regular B vitamins just build up in my body, making me sick. With the methylated forms of B vitamins and a healthy diet, I can finally get rid of them.These are sublingual and don’t taste bad. A good value.

These made me so sick to my stomach that I couldn't take them. I thought maybe I was just sensitive to them so I gave them to my husband. They made him sick to his stomach too. We had to throw them away.

These vitamins makes my hair grow, when I wake up after brushing my teeth I put one tablet under my tongue its tastes delicious and it has all the vitamins my hair needs to grow
