The media could not be loaded. It tastes like like every fermented shot / drink should.I personally like the taste. I dont add anywhere, i just have it on my own.I have discovered that my stomach works better after numerous uses.Ingredients are nice and the price is equally fair.It is a good quality fermented product aimed at improving your gut health.

No perceptible effect

Very good prebiotic that is easy to take. I dont mind the taste at all, in fact, find it quite pleasant. The supplement contains a variety of strains. It is recommended you start at 10ml and work yourself up to 30ml a day. A 500ml bottle yields a 16-50 day supply depending on dosage. I found the liquid effective at eliminating bloating and it seems like a great way to maintain optimal gut health.

The fraud part . Reallly pissed as i need to open this bottle today so cant even replace

I have been using Kombucha and Kefir for years. But as life goes on, I tend to keep letting them go too long and have to start again. And having had one of these hiatuses, I thought I would try this. It tastes very familiar, somewhat like water kefir and Kombucha. Thing about a product like this is that it is stable where especially water kefir can be quite explosive. And it feels as if it does me just as much good in terms of energy levels and gut regularity. The only thing against it is the enormous price. I don’t know what they have to do to stabilise it. If you make your own water kefir, your only expense is some brown sugar.
