It does just what it says, however I was mislead by other reviews who said it to be "too hard" it's not hard at all, even soft (and I didn't bother boiling) . I have a medical need for using those things ans have been using jawzrsize colour green for a while, so my jaw might be too strong for it. I like it that it works the molar area as well(not thay the other one doesn't) but sometimes it does make me nauseous, for whatever reason, you have to spit all the salive out every so often. It might be too big for a small person's mouth

I have been using this for a while now. It’s holding up very well. I use it at least 8 times a week for 20 mins or more at a time. Still going strong and no signs of wear.

Marvellous

Like so many things. So many objects and devices, this was designed for the mouth and jaw of a man and is too big for me as a small woman. No doubt the self same men who marketed it imagine that women get sufficient exercise of their jaws already, conducting the inane conversation we women do to fill our time. In between full time jobs, family commitments, child care, parental care, house and garden maintenance, health issues, social arrangements, interior decor and pet management that is…..now there is a mouth full.
