Came in double packs but I cut them apart to hand out to the homeless when it's cold.

These are no where close to being hot even after a one hour wait. I tried several packages. I couldn’t feel the warmth through the back pocket of my denim jeans. Sure, they were warm directly in the palm of my hands but didn’t warm my fingers.
