Good Xmas present

Very disappointed as will not play, says wrong region.. I got this for part of my daughter's Christmas box..Can I get a refund?

I'm sure the dad is great however it's region one which is doesn't state. The dvd won't play for me as I'm in and region two - this needs clarifying

Well, it would have been nice to know it was a region 1 dvd prior to buying, considering I live in the UK and only region 2 disks work here. Stating that it's "English" doesn't really help.

My 3 year old was so excited when this did finally arrived to then find it wouldn't work as it was only compatible with region 1! All I can say is we had tears!! Very unhappy.

I brought this item and my little girl was very upset when it would not work as it's the wrong region! Should state before letting people buy! I want my money back im not happy!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS DVD!!It does not work in a UK DVD player. And when you try to get a refund they refuse to refund you the full amount!It's a joke!!

DO NOT purchase this dvd if you live in the UK. it's is the wrong region and doesn't not state this in the purchasing section. left with a very disappointed little girl!!
