Q: Is this easy to fit to a stainless steel sink?

Mine is fitted to the worktop at the side of the sink but I cannot see any problem as long as it is fitted to a flat surface and that the hole is drilled correctly.

Q: Is it noisy when the tap is opened?

No. It’s actually quieter than the main tap.
