Works with a Bosch GWS 9-115
If it's driving you mad trying to find an angle grinder this works with then rest assured this fits a Bosch GWS 9-115 Professional 41/2" Angle Grinder 240V perfectly. Not that the Bosch website tells you, even the box doesn't mention that model, but it's a good combo. The disc guard is actually bigger so I assume it's designed to take a larger 125mm disc, I haven't tried that yet. I used a 115 diamond tipped disc and it made cutting a straight line in my wall a doddle. A larger blade would give a deeper cut obviously. My use for this device is to cut a 13mm deep level line above some blown render to install a drop bead . However I might use a saw blade in it too!It has a guide with a pointer you could mark to keep continuity of cut, made of all metal, allows handle to be reattached on top.I used 15mm pipe lagging stuffed into the dust extraction pipe to a vax, removed a lot of dust, but not all - which I expectedAll in all a handy item

Basically works
A little fiddly to fit to the grinder body (due to Bosch’s quick rotate guard design) but once fitted is rock solid, removal and refitting is easier. It lets a small plume of debris escape when starting a cut before the base is against the wall, and second cuts adjacent allow some dust to escape via slots already there. That said, the difference between using it and not when chasing walls is night and day. Or day and white out. It’s very effective and does exactly what it’s supposed to. I went from not being able to find the door within seconds to being able to chase walls over the sofa.Fitment options wider than Amazon listing suggests so check Bosch literature which is more comprehensive.

Just the job
I did not know if it was going to be suitable for my angle grinder(Bosch GWS 9-125)or not. I need not have worried, a very good product for the 5"/125mm blade angle grinder. Very easy to fit as it has a bracket that aligns with the handle screw hole which helps lock it in position by the handle. The nozzle is just the right size for my Henry vac, not sure if it would be suitable for others though. It would help if sizing of the dust extraction nozzle was noted e.g. 1 7/16" /// 37mm. internal bore. Attachments for the nozzle can be bought, but not sure of their sizes.

Not for tool-less guarded angle grinders
From the picture it looks a bit flimsy, I was pleased that it is actually very robust. I was hoping to use this to reduce dust from cutting porcelain tiles, however it unfortunately is no good for me. Despite being listed here (and on Bosch's website manuals) as compatible with my Bosch GWS9-115 angle grinder, my 2020 model is not compatible (picture). They must have changed the design of the grinder because even the manual that came with the grinder or the downloaded manual (from June 2019) is wrong showing parts that are different to what I have in reality. My grinder guard (pictured) does not have a screw-on collar and has a internal diameter of about 43mm (part no 1605510364) and this purchased dust-guard (also not screw-on) has an internal diameter of about 51mm. It doesn't come close to fitting, and whilst my screw-in grinder handle almost fits, the guard fouls a sprung loaded release lever on the grinder (that doesn't exist in the product manual) and twists the frame so the disc alignment is impossible. It would be dangerous to even attempt to use this. I suspect I need a completely different model (the GDE115/125 FC-T) which costs more than my angle grinder to solve this. Unfortunately had to return this.

Works a treat
I bought this along with a new grinder, (old Bosch one could not get a guard to fit). It takes about half a minute to attach it to the grinder. If you have to change blade, you do so easily without any disassembly of guardI have used it primarily to take out old cement based pointing. As you can set the depth on it very easily, you can remove pointing very quickly and easily, a couple of passes with a cutting blade, and it's even easier with a broader raking blade. One drawback is the dust, the outlet bungs it right into your direction as you try to ensure you are cutting a straight line. Haven't tried attaching vacuum yet, have just put on better goggles. Would recommend just for the gauge alone, making cutting to 20mm a breeze.

Upset
The guard 2605510264 said the Angle PWS 700-115 should fix, it didn't !!! No information in the box so time lost. I'm upset!

Brilliant!!
I wish I'd bought one ages ago.I have a Bosch 4.5" grinder.I bought this hoping it would fit but not sure.At first I thought it would be clumsy and cumbersome due to the size of it.I bought 5" mortar raking discs. They worked like a charm. The extra half inch gave that bit more depth (so the Mrs said anyway OOooer!! :-))You have to keep an eye on where you're cutting as the guide hides the brick line but you soon get used to it.Plugged an old Dyson on the end, switched them both on and off I went. Yes, a bit of dust still appears but the majority ended up in the vacuum.I want another so we can get two grinders on the go.

Useful angle grinder accessory
Well made accessory which fits perfectly and securely on my Bosch angle grinder. Connecting vacuum goes some way towards keeping mortar raking dust under control. Platform simplifies control of grinder and gives means of grinding to preset depth. Satisfactory purchase though perhaps a little expensive for what you get.
