It needs to be broken in
The leather is high quality and thick. This is a very sturdy and well made case. I have an SOG multi tool that I use with this case. I don't know if the SOG is longer than normal Leatherman multi tools but it required me to stretch out the closing portion of the case to allow it the multi tool to fit.I left it in the case for a couple hours and it seems to have stretched enough to close very easy.

made well but it just doesn't fit for what I bought it for- to hold my multi tools. ones a Gerber

Falling apart
Fit my Leatherman supertool 300 perfect, but... I've only used it for 7 months and two out the four rivets have failed...
