It’s brilliant. Very easy to use.

Nice and sharp, and it’s fine in the dishwasher. But I’m just not that impressed. The plastic holder is quite cumbersome to use.

Easy to maintain, very easy to clean.A failsafe slicer for softer vegetables and fruit, the blade is more than capable of dealing with firm vegetables but unless on the thinnest setting possible something like Celeraic may damage the blade.

Love these mandolin.
No moving parts and adjustable blades!!! I was finally able to find one again. I don’t like the adjustable blades because I’m always afraid I’ll cut myself. I like ceramic. I find they stay sharp for years. I had my last one for over 20 years. I especially like the handle for veg. Just what I was looking for. So happy!

Superior to the more expensive adjustable version
I got this model as well as the adjustable version which costs $5 more. This model is far superior.The base material is thicker which makes the unit more sturdy to produce consistent slices. The adjustable unit is more flimsy and will bend in the middle, producing inconsistent slices.The double edge of this unit makes for a faster and easier workflow. While the adjustable unit jams on the return stroke due to poorly designed blade support, this unit simply produces an extra slice of food.The cut thickness is fixed at about 1mm so that must be considered when buying. It is approximately the same as setting 2 on the adjustable model. It is worth noting that the thinner setting 1 barely works on the adjustable model because it’s so flimsy that the food just binds on the blade in that setting. So in practice both units will produce equally thin slices. Obviously this unit cannot produce thicker slices like setting 3 and 4 on the adjustable model.Overall excellent value for $15.

Corta bastante fino, ideal para hacer patatas fritas tipo snack.....Ojo con los dedos, para algo trae el útil, aunque este ultimo podrían darle una vuelta y mejorarlo un poco.
