Do not buy from Amazon ever
The product (Voltas 2 Ton AC) is good, but never ever buy from Amazon. They assign a service provider (claimed to be expert and verified) for installation. However the service provider damaged the AC and stopped working within 2 days. I keep calling amazon team and they never helped. I spend hours and hours to explain the issue and after 20 - 30 minutes call, they always disconnect the call (whenever I asked for written mail for solution). Amazon arranges couple of times service (from the same service provider), however they denied to visit again. I contacted the Voltas brand service provider and they also denied as this work was done by Amazon third party. 100 of calls to Amazon, their service providers (SPARK SERVICES) and nothing worked. My genuine advice, do not make such purchases Amazon. Visit the nearby retail outlet and purchase If anything happen, at least you can visit them and explain your issue. Now a days, Amazon customer care is pathetic and very very unprofessional. I spend more than 60000 and now regretting for my decision.

Good Product by Voltas and timely delivery by Amazon. Quick cooling. Installation done same day well in time. Looks elegant. Very good Features like adjustable Mode 1.0 Ton, 1.2 Ton, 1.5 Ton and 2.0 Ton available in this ac.

Product with faulty electrical power cord
Product with faulty electrical power chord that goes indoor to outdoor unit. Have to change with new one. Moreover, the billing was wrong. AC atteacts 28% GST, BUT IN MY BILL IT IS 18%.I lost 10% GST amount as office reimburses me GST. I want a revised bill with 28% GST.

Cools Really fast.
This AC is for our Drawing Room. It was installed the very Next day. Working well. Cools very quickly. Absence of horizontal swing is a minus. Looks elegant. Outdoor unit should be with stand or brackets,as required. Delivery time was Very High, reason not understood.
