Our company uses many of these monitors, I've never had this happen. We purchased this in Dec 2023, and started using 1/16/24. Last week, after only a little over 2 months of use, the display shows "FAIL" and it is no longer operating. Since the amazon support window is closed, there is no way to contact the seller to rectify the situation. Very disappointing, as these are not cheap.

Always on and reliable ...great safety device highly recommend it.

Responded to a call with PT’s with flue like symptoms.. and you bet this went off when was in their doorway.

Great product!!

Detector no longer alerts to CO gas just 2 months after activation. This is the first time I've had this issue with a BW clip, but now I am just outside of the replacement/product support window. I do not have the money to waste on another BW clip that may also die on me after only two months of use. Should you risk your life in a product that the seller won't stand behind for its entire 2 year lifespan? I won't personally make that mistake again. I'll be looking for a different product for myself and the company I purchase for moving forward. This product is unsafe.

If OSHA shows up, your guys better have one of these going. They need to see something with a readout.The CO detectors that just beep will not cut it.These are tough and will stand up to being clipped to your belt or vest every day.

Unfortunately we purchased this item, because we have used them in the past, but this one died after 5 months. I am unable to contact anyone to see if they will warranty it. I will not be purchasing this product again from Amazon!
