Good fit, easy install
Good Fit, easy to install, comfortable. My old pair were so worn out, using these is like I have a new set of headphones. Amazing how much audio is lost when you don't have good fitting ear pads. Other options on sale require some degree of retrofitting with the plastic, these are ready to go out of the package. Worth paying extra to avoid the time.

Perfect replacement
The media could not be loaded. Like many others have mentioned, these were a perfect replacement for the original earpieces. The twist to detach and the new ones twist on. No pulling or glue. Sound quality improved simply because the new earpieces fit better against the ear vs the worn out originals.

I'm already apprehensive about the replacement I requested. There is either a quality assurance issue with the manufacturer and/or an issue with Amazon fulfillment. In either case, these should not have been allowed to be shipped to a customer as it is clear that these will be returned. It is a waste of everyone's time and Amazon's money to ship bad products to have them shipped back to ship replacement products.I may update this review if the replacement product is received in new condition and lasts more than 3 months. I have had the OEM ear pads since I got the headset more than 4 years ago and just noticed recently that they need replaced.

Perfect Fit
Ordered these to extend the life of my Jabra Evo80 headset. They fit perfectly. They even mark the L/R for you so that you get them on correctly. They feel comfortable over the ear. So far 5 stars - will see how they hold up over time.

Maybe I received a defective set of ear pads.
I installed them and loved them right away. A day later, I was looking at them and noticed a small separation in the leather type material from the plastic mounting ring. I looked at it the next day and it was a much larger separation.
