Had no effect at all
I ordered the product looking at the reviews from people.. did not have any effect on my sleep unfortunately used it for 5 days in a row

I don’t mean to diss a very decent brand but man... if something has casein in it... please don’t call it vegan! It’s cheating. Especially because it has dairy.Casein is the biggest killer for anyone who became vegan because of health reasons. How can you add casein and call your medicine vegan!We can nearly die! And you can be sued. UNDERSTAND.
