I think its OEM refurbished
Which is genuinely a good thing. Upon closer inspection, I think this was a very well remanufactured Caliper. There were remnants of shot blast beads but there's no complaints from me. It's better to have refurbished OEM than new unknown manufactured who knows what out of!
