Excellence addition to any home gym easily secured to two by fours in wall. For extra safety, I utilize 22 by fours and installed with long screws included through my two by fours into the studs in the wall. I’m only 125 pounds but I think this is a better way to install this then straight through drywall into studs. easily folds down when not in use very sturdy, attractive and functional.

For my new gym I needed a dip station that was rugged but compact. Many wall-mount options seem short on quality, and the free-standing models are bulky and heavy. The Fringe Sport station is rugged and feels pro-level, but it only sticks out a few inches when folded. The dip bar is supported with a hinged strut and removable pin. It took some practice for me to accomplish the setup/takedown without either dropping the pin or slamming the strut against the wall. Overall though, this is a quality piece of workout gear I intend to use for years to come. Recommended.
