GREAT PRODUCT
bought for some unexpected platy fry i came home too found this and it’s perfect was worried ab the babies getting out of the holes but luckily they can’t, haven’t used the separator but i’m sure it’s fine comes with 3 pipette things which i find good for cleaning waste/extra food from the bottom, very good quality and i’ve had no issues with suction cups or other fish getting stuck behind like others

Value For Money Product
Several comments about this little unit being sub standard but I didn't find it so.It's value for money what you pay for it!I have to agree that the only 'issue' I had was the floating inner tray, which needs to be settled down before you add your fish - other that that, it did the trick.Guppy babies delivered and living quite contently and safe in the lower segment until you remove the mother.All in all a competing plastic isolation box as good as any other for the price.Oh.. and the suckers are small but just as effective as necessary to get the tank operational - unless of course you have tidal waves in your tank!!

Does its job
This keeps my fish safe and the fry. It is solid and does.its job. Good value for money and should last. The suction is good and the lid fits nicely. Easy to put together and it looks good and clean

Worked well, however the gaps in the bottom are a bit big, the other fish were sucking the babies through and eating them

Great Product
Having read the reviews I decided that there were more positive than negative ones so would give it a go and I'm glad I did. Yes it is small in width but quiet deep so saves space in the tank, it is perfectly adequate for a pregnant Platy/Guppy or a small Molly. Delivery was next day with Prime. The item arrived well packed and not damaged. I have not found the two sections loose they fit together perfectly and seem quiet stable, the suction clips fit firmly and as another reviewer stated unless you have a tidal wave type filteration system which wouldn't do small fry any good it is more than adequate. All in all this item is good value for money and does the job it is designed for I would certainly recommend it. I have in fact ordered another one.

Great product, not aesthetically pleasing
Great product, it;s helped me both with raising fry and quarantining fish when I had a parasite infestation. Never used the middle partition and had to remove the top cover as it's flimsy and unless you have jumping fish, doesn't add anything. The suctions work a bit too well and if trying to move the container while there are fish in there, it can be really stressful for them

Perfect for baby fish
Was caught by surprise with baby balloon mollies. This was perfect for my needs for separating them until I can transfer the babies to another tank. Assembly was quick and easy. No issues with the suction. It is nice and sturdy in the tank. Item does not have a lid. We have 10 babies in it now and the size is perfect. Great value for money.
